Happy Friday! I have posted a few of my kraft paper items in the past, but I thought I should show them all together. I plan to expand upon this collection… and most importantly make a simple, elegant, and vintage inspired- kraft paper wedding invitation. I will show it to everyone later! I love this theater/broadway themed wedding for Anatalie & Bruno. They re-enacted four movie posters and hung them throughout the venue (Grease, Father of the Bride, I Love Lucy, and Super Mario Brothers). Great idea, right? The colors black and white might seem boring for your wedding… but think again! Black and white can be classic and modern. And if you like surface designs, black and white can be a great way to incorporate patterns into your wedding without being too bold and overwhelming. The tandem bicycle is a popular image being used in invitations. It is especially perfect for bike lovers. I recently designed a new tandem bicycle invitation (2nd image). I had a bride recently ask me to create a scrabble save the date card…. which got me thinking that a scrabble escort card would be a really great idea.
