Today I am mailing out my first round of the new viewbook I designed to showcase my invitation designs. It took a while to put together, and I am already thinking about the next viewbook and how I will improve on it! It’s been really fun. I love wood type for letterpress. It just has such impact, even before you print it. I generally do not print with wood type… mainly because it is so hard to get your hands on a full alphabet, but also because it’s not really practical for letterpress printing wedding invitations. But I can still admire it! Here are a few pics I took at the Asheville Bookworks in North Carolina.

I am finishing off the details for a few new wedding invitations: antique rustic style featuring trees, birds, aged paper, and scroll patterns. Very exciting!
