Yesterday I met with Fairy Godmother Weddings, based out of Simpsonville, South Carolina. The owner, Becky, is a very experienced and fantastic wedding planner.  I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner in the Upstate South Carolina area. Today I am mailing out my first round of the new viewbook I designed to showcase my invitation designs.  It took a while to put together, and I am already thinking about the next viewbook and how I will improve on it!  It’s been really fun. I love wood type for letterpress.  It just has such impact, even before you print it.  I generally do not print with wood type… mainly because it is so hard to get your hands on a full alphabet, but also because it’s not really practical for letterpress printing wedding invitations.  But I can still admire it!  Here are a few pics I took at the Asheville Bookworks in North Carolina.
